15th PBD 2019 celebrated in the Mission

15th Pravasi Bharatiya Divas 2019 was celebrated in the High Commission onWednesday, 9th January 2019. High Commissioner Shri Ajaneesh Kumar spoke on thesignificance of Pravasi Bharatiya Divas.




He presented Mr. Fakhrul Razi with a letter from Her Excellency Smt. Sushma Swaraj,Hon’ble Minister of External Affairs, Government of India, in appreciation for his rendering of“Vaishnava Jana To” bhajan on the occasion of Gandhi Jayanti on 02 October 2018. Video ofthe hymn sung by Mr. Fakhrul Razi and promotional video from XP Division, MEA werescreened on the occasion. The event was attended by members of the Dilomatic Corps andmembers of the Indian diaspora and local community.
