71st Republic Day celebrations in Brunei Darussalam

High Commissioner HE Ajaneesh Kumar unfurled the national flag on the occasion of the 71st Republic Day of India at India House at 8:00 AM on Sunday, 26 January 2020.











This was followed by singing of National Anthem after which the High Commissioner read the address to the Nation by Hon’ble President His Excellency Ram Nath Kovind delivered on the eve of Republic Day.






High Commissioner and guests planted saplings at India House as part of the Constitution Day and Citizens duty towards preserving natural environment.












A documentary on ‘Making of the Constitution of India’ was also screened for the audience on the occasion.








The event was attended by over 200 members of the Indian community, persons ofIndian origin and friends of India.
