High Commission of India
Brunei Darussalam

The Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme was instituted by the Government of India, on 15 September 1964, as a bilateral assistance programme.  The programme is fully funded.

Under the ITEC, officials in Government, public and private sectors, universities, chambers of commerce and industry, etc. can apply for the courses in the fields of agriculture, artificial intelligence, banking and finance, and others. Applicants can browse the available courses and apply for ITEC training programmes at https://www.itecgoi.in/stream_list.

For the current financial year 2022-2023 (1st April 2022 to 31st March 2023), two slots have been allotted to Brunei Darussalam.

In 2020, due to the pandemic and travel restrictions, Government of India  introduced online e-ITEC classes for partner countries. The list of programs can be visited on the e-ITEC Website at: https://www.itecgoi.in/stream_list_eITEC.  The steps, general information, and eligibility qualifications are also mentioned in the file named "apply for ITEC Program"  to facilitate the candidates in submitting their applications.
