Open-House” for the Indian-Community was organised at the High Commission- 26th  April, 2024

An “Open-House” for the Indian-Community members was organised at the premises of High Commission of India in Brunei Darussalam, today, at 1500 hrs. Representatives of community associations and members of the community were cordially invited and received at the event. 

2. High Commissioner, Ambassador, H.E. Alok A. Dimri welcomed the community members on the occasion and solicited views as how to further improve consular & passport services, consular access, legal & labour affairs. Grievances were received from the community on the occasion and the Consular Department was instructed for necessary follow-ups. 

3. Recommendations were also received as how to further enhance the educational and cultural calendar of communities’ activities in Brunei Darussalam.

4. A display of ODOP artefacts - the One District One Product of the GOI, dedicated to Kerala, was also unveiled by the High Commissioner on the occasion.

Light Indian snacks and refreshments were also served at the occasion.
